WHAT I EAT IN A DAY…!!!

Welcome Once Again …

Since majority voted ‘Yes’ on Instagram to know about my daily eating habits, I’m here to deliver, as promised. This post will give you an up-close look at my usual go-to choices for meals.
I’m not, by far, a nutritionist or health advisor so please do not adopt things from here on a whim if you have any sort of health issues. Please always consult an actual professional before doing so. This is just what I eat, keeps me happy, Fit and works well for me. Ok, here we go.

BREAKFAST

 I usually wake up at 7-7:30 am. NOT a morning person at all but i have to get up early in morning because i have my office, 9 to 6 job. But, if history has proved anything, it is a definite fact that I’m happiest when not woken up to alarms. It happens only on Weekends. (1) The first thing I usually consume on a daily basis is a very tall (650ml) glass of normal water.
(2) This is followed by a small bowl of a handful almonds, soaked overnight and peeled.

(3) After this I eat 4 boiled egg whites or sometimes egg white omelet. This is my daily fixed breakfast and i ran for office.
This is my first breakfast. I eat my second brekkie after about an hour of this so around 11ish. i take one slice of brown bread and peanut butter.

Sometimes when i do my Cheat Meal clicks are there —-

LUNCH
Lunch happens about 2-3 hours after breakfast so that would be around 2-3 pm.
(1) The small sized bowl of Rice with lots of veggies added with grilled chicken and i also add lots of salad with it.

I almost never eat roti/chapatti on daily basis.
I have a weakness for homemade aloo (potato) parantha with a mountain of ghee or white butter on it (and when I say mountain, I mean mountain, I mean that you’ll be able to see more butter than parantha). So I eat this at a frequency of about once a month.Speaking of which, I can’t remember the last time I had aloo parantha so looks like I have my lunch set for one of these days.

Also, when there is a little bit of different veggies left in the refrigerator, I combine them all together and make a salt by adding mustard sauce.

EVENING MEAL

In my evening meal, I have a glass of smoothie which added MILK, oats, lots of almonds that’s it. I usually do a workout in the evening so before that, I just have Black coffee. 

DINNER

I eat my last meal for the day around 9 pm. My consumption of non-vegetarian food is usually very high. I eat 4 egg white omelette that’s it

When Life is Unpredictable

One more chapter in my life is added. Life is seriously Unpredictable. I can’t imagine what we want or think it will never happen in life. we got confuse at each and every stage. our heart said something and mind said something else. What we choose ??? Even I don’t know. Keep in mind if you desire to blossom like a rose in the garden, then you must learn the art of adjusting with the thorns. Life is unpredictable. You have to take step in your life. So accept that life is a challenge. Well you can live life getting upset, frustrated, tossing your hands in the air only to give up on all that mattered to you or you can rise above it. Accept things for what they are, work to alleviate the anxiety that plagues so many of us and find a way to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Okay, so seeing the light at the end of the tunnel may not work, that’s too far ahead for you in this very moment. Perhaps try thinking about who are you, all that you have overcome and where you are standing right now in this very moment. Perhaps look at the life you lead at a different angle, perception can make a huge difference.

I am confident that there isn’t one portion of my life where I can say “that went as planned”, and I am confident many of you have the same feeling. Life is messy, it’s challenging and it’s completely unpredictable. You can do everything in your power to try to ensure that life goes as you desire, but there will always be obstacles, surprises and mishaps that occur every step of the way.

Uncertainty about how things will turn out tomorrow holds a lot of us back from pursuing our life ambitions, relationships. We waste so much time trying to make sure the path we take is the ‘right one’, when the reality is that THERE IS NO RIGHT PATH…JUST THE ONE YOU’RE ON! No one knows what’s going to happen tomorrow. That’s a GOOD THING in some respects because the walls around us are malleable and move constantly. You and I have just as good a shot as anyone at success and happiness. Stop trying to figure out the future and CREATE moments by working towards your purpose in the here and now. This moment right now is the only one you can be certain of.People say, “things have a way of working out in the end” because it is often so true. Perhaps not always, but there’s a reason why it is a commonly used phrase. For me, in a strange way, you have to have some level of faith perhaps a belief that the accidents that happen in life are there to teach us something. To shape our life, to shape our core beliefs, to make us who we are. When you’re in the thick of uncertainty and chaos at work or in your personal life, it’s hard to see but think of all the times in your past, when you thought it was really, really bad…and maybe it really was…but often it isn’t as bad as we think and things work out.

I know it’s hard to practice acceptance when you deeply wish things were different. But the truth is, sometimes we can’t change our reality, even if we try…

What is most important in life,Love or Money ?

Hello Everyone, Welcome to my Blog again.

Today i am writing about the major topic of the life. Read the topic again guys yes its love vs Money. First you think how much love is important to you and how much Money is important to you . I can understand everyone will get confused with this. At the age of mid-twenties you are so helpless that you are not able to take this decision. Parents were looking for an ideal match for you. My idea of a happy marriage was about travelling to exotic places, shopping without looking at the price tag of any item, and living a luxurious life. I want my husband will so dam loving, caring and I want I will find compatibility with a prospective groom, I looked for how lavish my lifestyle would be after tying the knot and off course, I want my husband will love me a lot. As Precious and Necessary are two different things from one another, that can never be compared.Same is Love or Money that can’t be compared, both have different values in our life. love is precious thing in everyone’s life and money is necessary only for survival of the life. Love is a reason to live and Money  is needed to live.

Love is a support structure for you to build your ship on. Whatever future you desire, methods you want to follow or wherever you see yourself going, you know that you will have someone who believes in you, trust you, and wants to see you succeed. This is an important feeling and this emotion can catapult your life to a higher level. This is also why you need to find love in your life and in everything that you do.Again, both love and money are important because they are different things that will make your life worth living.

And when you perform better in life, you will achieve more. When you achieve more, you will earn more and as a result, you will have more money. This is why love is important and it can make you rich. and yes, I will also choose love at the end. Now time will tell me what will going to happen…

SOMETIMES SPEND YOUR WEEKENDS AT HOME..

when you think about your weekends , you think you will sleep, have fun with your friends, go out for shopping and then binge watching Netflix. Unfortunately, most successful people can’t enjoy that luxury. Either they are tied down to completing a deadline, or simply just can’t sit there and not be productive. The thing is, you do need to enjoy some time away from the business or from your job. You can actually step away from work and still have a productive Sunday. If you do, you’ll notice that you’ll be more productive, rejuvenated, and ready to tackle the work week when your alarm goes off on Monday morning. It’s important that you give time to yourself because that help you to handle the mental pressure.

SPEND ALONE TIME.

While you should definitely spend some quality time with friends and family, you should invite them and chill together to your place and you also need to have some time to yourself. Why? Because being alone has several benefits. It gives you the opportunity to reflect, clear your mind, improve your creativity, do the things that you want to do, and meet new people. Spending time alone can also increase your productivity since you aren’t relying on other people to share the workload on a project. If you really want to enjoy your solitude, unplug during your alone time so that you aren’t bothered by email, text messages, and Facebook notifications.


TAKE A BREAK FROM TECHNOLOGY

Social media can tempt you in on any day of the week, but it tends to be especially tempting on a relaxing Sunday afternoon. But when you’re caught up in your Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest feeds, hours can slip by pretty easily—and all of a sudden, it’s 9 PM and all you’ve done is pinned recipes you wish you’d made and read about how exciting everyone else’s weekends were.You may not be able (or willing) to disconnect completely, but putting away your cell phone and laptop and taking a few hours to separate yourself from technology can have a big impact on your mood as you wind down the weekend. Instead of comparing your days off to your friends’ (“I can’t believe he/she got tickets to that concert last night!”), you can spend that time doing something to enhance your own weekend (like testing out those pins you’ve never had time to try).

PREPARE FOR MONDAY- ON SATURDAY

When 4 PM on Saturday rolls around, it’s hard to think about anything besides getting your weekend started—even if that means putting off a few emails, phone calls, and that report that’s due at 9:30 AM on Monday. And now, on Sunday afternoon, reality is setting in: Everything you put off last week will be waiting when you return to your cubicle Monday morning. Who wouldn’t dread that welcome back?

To head off your Sunday blues, start preparing for your Monday morning on Saturday. I know it’s easy to put off a few tasks when you have the weekend in your sights—but think about how much better it will feel when you arrive Monday morning and have no pressing tasks on your plate. So clean out your inbox, make any urgent calls, and tie up your loose ends before you leave the office on Friday. (Your relaxed, Sunday-afternoon self will thank you!)

Waving goodbye to your weekend may never be something you look forward to, but it doesn’t have to be a complete drag. By freeing up some extra time and taking full advantage of your weekend, you can cure your Sunday blues—and maybe even look forward to the week ahead.

I WORE MY SKIRT LIKE A DRESS

Hola! Welcome back to my blog. I am back with the Styling blog this time. Yes! guys, you read the title right. I wore my skirt like a dress. I recreated my skirt into the dress to wear on a date night. Look at all these floral prints on the outfit!!!



I was OBSESSED with how the long skirt turned out and just use a single belt for styling so, i must say — hello new look! Even this skirt is not in my size this is bigger in size. now seems like it is perfect for me. and i just used a very beautiful choker piece to give the proper style to my outfit with matching heels. i also wear a watch to give this a very decent look. see this is the skirt with no shape and even its baggy for me.

Confidence is the major key everyone. Self-confidence is the best outfit, rock it and own it. Take off that shyness and wear whatever you feel like. Over the years I learned that what is important in a dress is the person who is wearing it with confidence. Try different styles to grow yourself more take risks in fashion styles and take a chance. Don’t think what others will say about you. Style yourself forever. Be classy forever !!!!

This is most definitely on my favorites list now. I couldn’t have been more excited with how this turned out! totally perfect for any dinner date or event.

WHEN YOU LIVE FAR AWAY FROM YOUR FAMILY

Being over 500 Km away from family and friends has become part of my life for the past 8 years. For many people, there comes a time in life when you have to love certain people from a distance. Whether it be for days or months at a time, it’s that physical distance that keeps you from seeing one another and even it helps to increase your bond with them. In the really tough moments of my life, I keep reminding myself that that’s life Sakshi you have to deal with it anyhow. At this point in time, you don’t know the solution to the problem but you have to find it on your own. It throws you a curve that you weren’t expecting. And even though it’s hard, somehow at the same time has made your life better for many other reasons.

The best of technology has really helped me out keeping in touch with my Mother, Father and my cute Brother is the most important thing in my life.  Even though I’m living with my friends, it was tough at first. There are so many things to get used to living in your own space for the first time.Spend time making it your own! Decorate how you want to. Take your time finding the perfect piece to complete your things. Because at home my mother managed each and everything and i was totally dependent on her. 

Moving far away from family was tough, but making good friends was a bit harder. you can’t trust anyone easily even in my case that happened a lot. I trust people quickly and after that, I also face consequences in my life. aahaaa… but now some incidents helped me to make more independent and make me mentally very strong.  And let me tell you, it isn’t easy at times. you know sometimes I cried under my blanket because I miss my home, my family, and I don’t have anyone to share things. I wake in the middle of the night crying.I am still crying while writing this post. Family means a lot. There’s no doubt that moving away from the people you love the most and the place where you born. It might even be the hardest thing you’ve ever done. But in reality, it’s really a great time to focus on yourself and build a strong foundation for your career, interests, and the rest of your life.

Winter Essential Things that every girl can know..

Happy winters everyone! I hope you all doing well. winter is here and I love this cozy weather. I hope you too love it because who doesn’t like cold nights, warm blankets, bonfire parties, hot chocolates, strong coffee, large sweaters, ice-cream,cute pairs of socks and Netflix & chill. With each new season, new trends flow in and comes a dry skin problem or feel dry lips too which might make you feel irritated.  I must say, with every problem there comes a solution and I have some really good tips and want to share with you all. These tips will help you for sure.

LIP BALM

The very first thing that gets affected during winter is your lips. I hope i am right ….!!! because usually it happens with me. So carry a good hydrating lip balm is very important. Maybelline, Nivea, Lakme, Victoria Secret Baby lips give good moisture to the lips and have a good staying power also and you can use lip balm of any choice of your brand. Also a take some ghee on your finget tip and massage before you sleep to get soft and pink lip and very natural remedy is when we boil milk and after milk get colds upper layer is come its called ( MALAI ) in Hindi. you will apply this before sleeping. See guys…. its really very effective because that is my granny’s remedy..

HAIR CARE ROUTINE

There are plenty of shampoos that help your hair be strong and healthy during winter. Hair goes dry, weak and brittle during winter We’re talking dryness, static, frizz, and general lack of that luscious, smooth, shiny summer hair. but if you give it the right treatment, you can avoid it becoming a big issue. Look for shampoos and conditioners which aim to protect and heal your hair, making sure it’s slightly more moisturizing than what you use normally, but still good for your hair type. Also, Avoid frequent hair washes in winter and it may be a good idea to try a moisturizing hair treatment (Oiling your Hair)once or twice a fortnight to help repair the effects of winter, you could even make one yourself!

MOISTURIZER

The reason for your dull looking face is the loss of moisture in your skin. So to get back the lost moisture use a heavy moisturizer. Heavy moisturizers are best for winters as they nourish the face and help in keeping the skin soft and supple.

SPECIAL CARE FOR HANDS AND FEET

Make sure you always put on loads of moisturizer in your hands and feet, before going out, rather carry a moisturizer with you if you want to have soft hydrated hands. The first secret to beautiful hands & feet is daily, proper cleansing & it is something that we often miss. If you think, just applying soap on your hands & feet during bathing is enough care that your hands & feet needs, you are wrong. Hands & feet require special attention for thorough cleansing as these are the parts of the body that regularly come in direct contact of dirt & pollutants around.

A LETTER TO TWENTY O NINETEEN

The new year means nothing if you are still in your comfort zone..

Dear 2019,

You are amazing with me. Well, 2019, you’ve been THAT^ for me – a very good blessing in the routine i had formed this year. The professional life I’d adopted and then working hard on it day by day is a very big achievement for me. Being someone I never was, doing things I’d never do, holding on thoughts that never were, having values that didn’t align with my true self. Negativity I could not get ride off for years, in whole college life of mine, I suffered from negativity holding on to things that were definitely not meant for me. People said something and it get impact on my life but now i overcome from this .You can’t even imagine that negativity effects on my thoughts even i can’t started anything which i wished too. i want to blog or want to make a social media infulencer that is my dream but that things effecting me so badly and i was not able to even start. 2019 year was the year of the GREAT REALITY CHECK for me.

Mid-2019, somewhere around July, I relaised how far I’d come, and what that other negative people are doing ,where they are standing right now and what they all are doing in there life.In this year i become a self independent women. not in terms of how well I was doing, but in terms of how far I’d come from who I was, the foundation of my being. And then began the big bang theory, when slowly and steadily, one foot at a time, I changed my job, I changed the city, I come out from my comfort zone. I start learning different things, I start taking steps towards my dreams. Let go, of my biggest fears, anxieties, disappointments, hate, numbness and decided that I’d do everything I wasn’t doing before on the path of becoming someone I’d never been before. I started saying No for a change, no to places, people, things, and everything that wasn’t meant for me and I didn’t feel like doing.

I started concentrating on my self more, my job more, my dream more and started seeing visible results. I was one of the finalist of “MISS CAPITAL OF INDIA 2019” I learnt one thing the hard way, you won’t get it until you work hard for it. The last month of 2017 has officially been the busiest month of my life. I have been drowning in work- working, sometimes 7 days a week, juggling between my job, my Instagram, social life, family, personal interests and of course, Netflix. I have never felt more independent. My shoes were filled in to the brim by 2019. And I haven’t felt this calm, and fulfilled in the longest time. Thank you, I am grateful for you twenty o nineteen and already planning to buy bigger shoes that twenty o twenty could fill in.

My New Year Resolution has to be to stop spending money on clothes #fashionbloggerproblems and start saving for travelling and for my future. Let’s hope I follow it this one time.
